: (1) The manufacturer should mention the following details on the packets and wrappers of tobacco products:-
(a) Labels and trademarks registered in accordance with prevailing laws,
(b) the name, address of the manufacturer and the quantity of nicotine contained in the tobacco,
(c) Other harmful elements and necessary things specified.
(2) Producers shall not place any kind of logo, symbol, word or image that attracts minors on tobacco product packets and wrappers.
(3) No one shall be allowed to produce tobacco products by keeping the brand and trade name of other industries and products.
(4) No industry shall be allowed to manufacture any article in the form of cigarettes, BD or cigars.
